Next Step to Mediation

If you believe Mediation may be right for you, before your first appointment:

1) Watch all the videos in the Video Vault or review all the powerpoint presentations under each tab.

If you start at the first video under the first video vault tab, it should automatically run straight through them. There are approximately 29 separate videos and the total run time is about 15 minutes.

2) Use the SHARE THIS LINK button to provide your spouse, co-parent, or significant other with the same information.

3) Discuss mediation with your partner in this porcess and if you both would like additional information, you may call and schedule an appointment. There are a couple of options for your first appointment.

A) Free 15 minute phone consultation with BOTH parties on the phone line.
B) 1 hour in office meeting with BOTH parties present. Fee is $125.00.
c) Mediation session where both further information is provided, and we will move
into mediation. A $1000 retainer is required to schedule this appointment. The
appointment is scheduled for 4 hours. However you will only be billed for the
actual time spent at the mediation.

- Payment can be made by check, credit card, or secured on-line payment.

4) Before your first Mediation session, you should print, review, and fill out the following documents:
