Denver, Colorado Mediation Partners & Divorce Help Center

First Appointment Packet

Mediation begins with the development of rapport between the mediator and the parties.  The mediator must collect and analyze relevant information about the parties that will allow them to develop an appropriate strategy for your unique mediation.  This is done through statements by the parties voicing their concerns, production of mandatory financial disclosures and other relevant documents, and a question & answer session with your mediator.
