Mediation Partners is please to offer Paperwork Only Service for a reduced fee to those parties who believe they have all their issues resolved and are looking for professional and quick service to assist them in preparing all the necessary paperwork to open and finalize their divorce. If you and your partner have reached an agreement on all of the issues, but find the required paperwork confusing and difficult to understand, you are not alone. Therefore, the Divorce Help Center is now offering paperwork preparation service. We the assistance of a licensed attorney, we will gather all the relevant information from you, circulate drafts of all agreements for both parties by email or regular mail, and make changes to the documents as you ask. Once a final set is agreed to, we will make arrangements for your notarized signatures, and provide complete copies of the signed documents for both parties and the court. This entire service is currently being offered for a flat fee of $600 paid at the initial meeting.
